Neck pain and cold hands

I struggle with health anxiety.

A month ago my neck started hurting so I went to PT and I have had a session each week since then. My pain comes and goes in different spots in my neck and shoulders but doesn't go away. I do stretching and exercises and I feel like they make it worse not better.

I also have cold feet and hands which may be unrelated.

I also have low grade nausea and dizziness.

I'm sick with worry.

I have a little child that I cosleep with so partly my pain is due to uncomfortable sleeping position.

Why is my pain not going away and can the low level nausea be related? It appears mainly when I'm in front of m6 work screen. When I rest I'm fine. I eat ok as well.

I have thought of going to the doctor but I don't know what to tell them as my symptoms are so mild and generic.

My neck pain is totally bearable and doesn't impact me much unless I turn my head to the right (it's only on the right side where my child usually cuddles in my and the side she sleeps on)

Should I worry?

I'm 40 btw and feel so old and useless. :(

I don't think you should worry as these are very small symptoms, which could all be put down to tiredness. However I suggest asking GP for bloods to test for anemia and B12. I have had both and the anxiety can be caused by low B12 and iron. Worth asking to put your mind at rest.

Being dizzy and freezing cold at 40ish were perimenopause for me. Withing 24 hours of slapping a patch on I started to warm up and the dizziness was gone in a week. I'm still a bit of a wreck and need to remember to take my vitD (how are you vitD levels?), I'm running on vapours for most things but hrt keeps me going.
