Lump behind ear

Hi all, I’ve had what I could feel a very small lump behind my ear on the bone for over 2 years, went to the gp she said it’s just bone sometimes can happen. it feels hard but can move it a bit if I press on it but I’ve noticed the last week or two that is visible now I will attach a picture. Anyone have similar?

Lymph node? Mine gets more prominent when I'm run down or about to come down with something.

Yes that’s what I thought too!
I have a few in my neck I can feel but that’s been years now so I know sometimes they come up and never go down, this one is just hurting me now and feel like a full ear with it. I did have the horrid stomach bug last week wonder if that’s got anything to do with it!
