Hi All, I'm debating on whether to start taking collagen supplements. I'm not overly worried about the skin/hair/wrinkles bit, but I'm 36, a bit creaky, suffer from running related injuries in my knees/feet, and generally want to feel a bit more youthful in my body. I am starting to improve my diet/sleep/exercise/hydration etc, but wondered if collagen supplements would help alongside a healthier lifestyle.
What do you think? Yay or Nay?
If Yay, what brands would you recommend? It does all look very pricy if you want quality.
