I've has bladder surgery recently and this cashed a stage 3 rectocele prolapse.
I've been told that the next stage is another operation but I want to avoid that if poss as recovery from that operation was hard.
Has anyone managed to reverse a rectocele prolapse without an operation?

I've had rectocele, cystocele (?) and uterine prolapses for 12 years. I've never considered surgery as they don't really bother me. I've heard they get worse after menopause so I might consider surgery if so. I'd rather try a pessary first and keep surgery as a last resort.
I do my exercises though.

https://www.hab-it.com/ These exercises are designed for prolapses by a physio who has a prolapse herself. They make a real difference!
A Kegal 8 machine also helps.
