Postpartum period tracking ?

Im just looking for some good apps that are good for tracking postpartum periods ? For years I’ve been using clue (to track my periods) but have found it can be a little unreliable and so recently started using Flo & PreMom all three currently are telling me my period is late which I know is common considering I’m 8 months postpartum. Clue is telling me I’m 10 days late, Flo is telling me I’m 2 days late & PreMom is telling me I’m three days late. Even before I was pregnant my periods were extremely irregular but I’m worried that all three apps are telling me different things but I’m entering the same details into all three apps.
I have been taking pregnancy tests for the last week (although only the cheap tests) every single day they’ve come back negative (which is 100% what I was expecting). I spoke to my doctor and they’ve told me to take a clear blue test in the morning if it again comes back negative I shouldn’t have to worry (thought this was a little unusual) but has also said that if I have three months periods that don’t arrive to then book an appointment for further tests
is it common to miss a period completely ? Should I be concerned ? Am I overthinking everything? If the cleavblue test comes back negative is it clear to say I’m not pregnant due to the fact I’ve been testing everyday for the last week and it’s come back negative ? 🤦🏼‍♀️😣

I think it's common for them to be really random when they first come back. I don't think an app will help particularly - how many periods have you had?

I agree I don’t think an app will be able to predict your period of your cycle isn’t regular. My cycle has come back super regular but I don’t think that’s common (it was irregular when I got pregnant!). How many periods have you had?

My period returned in October. During the months of October and November my period was perfectly fine it arrived on time like the app said. December my period arrived 7 days after the app said & January my period arrived on day 40 which is super rare for me. Although this period was more like spotting the others were like a normal period.
Its more so that I can just keep track on when my periods do actually arrive

I would just pick one then and stick with that. I've always liked flo! You've got it back pretty quickly - with my first I got it back at 6 months and it was quite regular but I always was regular. Second time round I'm much later getting it back but then I've been having it every 2 weeks since Dec! It's starting to stretch out a bit now though...

My first two periods since having my daughter were like clockwork it was amazing & then as the months have gone on it’s just gotten longer between my periods & my periods have gotten shorter. I’m a first time mum so I’m not sure what’s “normal” for postpartum periods

From my (limited) experience it's a bit like getting your period for the first time again...no idea when it will show up, what it will be like, what regularity it will come...

with my first i got it at 6 months, straight away back to 28 days, less pain than before but heavy

with my second it was closer to 2 years before it returned and has been close to every 2 weeks, more painful again, very heavy

i know it's not what you want to hear but it's just a case of waiting and seeing
