Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

It's quite a new thing for me, the last four months I would say.
I never had anything like this before, it's really annoying and uncomfortable.
I basically keep getting itchy down there in my Volver area, I treat it with clotrimazole but it comes back again.
I've been to the sexual health clinic and had all the tests done, everything came back negative.
I've no idea why it keeps coming back, does anyone have any experience?

No I didn't know that was a symptom but once I started on the metformin it stopped.
