Caring for bariatric mum advice

Hello,
Apologies for any errors I'm visually impaired.
My bariatric mum is bedbound & has a catheter.
It's been one hell of a week as she's had diarrhoea 3 days running due to antibiotics.
We have carers in twice a day for 35 minutes. They aren't washing her properly I honestly think it's due to time.
I've spent almost 2 hours three nights running cleaning her, I'm disabled myself & it's killing my back.
I need three arms.
Poop is getting inside her vaginal opening & due to catheter I'm having a difficult time getting it out. Mum can't move or open her legs wide but she can roll side to side.
Does anyone know if there's anything available that will keep her labia open so that I can wash her thoroughly please? Poop is everywhere she obviously can't help this
I'm just after some tips please.
I'm using elderly skin wipes & mousse to wash her. Her skin is so fragile
Many thanks for any advice

I would ask the GP to refer you to the contience nurses.

I’m not sure about the cleaning aspect of this but can you take an anti-diarrhoea drug such as Imodium so that it firms everything up?
