Back story is when I wanted to conceive my 3rd child years ago blood tests confirmed I don't ovulate naturally and had to use clomid.
I do have a diagnosed under active thyroid and I take medication daily for this.
Since having my child 3 years ago every month I've had mid cycle spotting, my periods are around 32 days apart pretty regular and have always been heavy.
I went to my GP when it first started who examined me and said its more than likely hormonal and my last smear came back fine.
The only time I didn't have mid cycle spotting was when I was on the mini pill.
I've looked online and think it could be caused by the fact I don't ovulate naturally and hormonal but I was just wondering if anyone else had unexplained mid cycle spotting?!
I'm not on any contraception currently, my husband is waiting for a vasectomy and we use condoms, we wernt sure if the condom broke last week and I did go and get some emergency contraception just in case and a day later started spotting.
