Super random- but I’m BLOODY EXHAUSTED.

I have a 2 1/2 year old and am 36 weeks pregnant at present. So yes, pregnancy definitely making me feel tired.

but, BLOODY ELL! I’m shattered!!!!! Has made me want to write on here and ask- what is everyone doing to not feel exhausted? Has anyone gone from feeling absolutely exhausted to not by implementing lifestyle changes or routine changes?

what’s everyone’s tips and tricks to help with energy?

any information would be hugely appreciated! As at present I feel like I’m walking through mud and looking through tiny pin prick eyes.

so tired currently struggling to even take makeup off at night- ew! Will end up looking ancient very soon if not careful- please help.

Wait for them to grow up. Sorry.

Have you had a blood test to check iron levels etc? I left it far too long and found I was deficient which was adding to my exhaustion.

I have 2 and not found a solution yet. I think wait for them to grow up is the correct answer.

I’ve only got one and both me and DH are bone crunchingly tired ALL THE TIME.

If you figure it out please let us know’

My ex left me and now has the kids half the week. Probably not the answer you were hoping for.

Before that, I went to bed at 8.30-9, because I was up four to five times a night for about an hour each time.

2.5yr old and 36 weeks pregnant is really hard, op. This isn't just a you thing. I have a slightly smaller gap between my older two kids and at this point I would just lie on the floor on the afternoon and let my toddler build train tracks around me.

I have three way older kids (teen and preteen) and I’m relatively young and I’m also exhausted 😴
