Anyone had endometrial hyperplasia in their late 30s?

I am 39 and waiting for a repeat ultrasound as my previous one didn't have a good view and my endometrium lining measured around 16.8mm but it is not accurate due to poor view. I don't understand why the view was poor and also just wondering how common is it to have endometrial hyperplasia in your late 30s?

@HerNextDoorAgain Hi! I should have updated. My next scan was normal! Still fairly thick lining (10.5mm) on CD16 but things were looking better. They still struggle with the view as my uterus is hard to see due to the position and i still have some symptoms but this has been quite a relief!
