Peri- blepharitis and seborrheic dermatitis

I've been showing some symptoms of peri for last two years like mood swings, anxiety and occasional night sweats..now these two have appeared and are awful. The most debilitating yet.
I'm scared to start hrt..has anyone else had these symptoms? I'm 42.

Yup! Not the hot flushes but the rest of it. HRT has been amazing for the anxiety and mood swings but not for the dermatitis. Here’s a recent useful thread:

Why are you scared of HRT? Would it be worth making a GP appt to have a chat about it?

My night sweats are only during winter which is a bit puzzling.
I've just had blood tests come back this avo at ferritin level 10 so they are wondering if that may be the cause of some of this.
I don't get dry skin, the opposite, I'm very oily everywhere in general. No dandruff, just an oily scalp.
