As the title says. This patch is so itchy. Tried sudacrem.
Can't get a GP appointment until march.
Won't give a prescription without being seen.
I'm wondering if it's lichen sclerosus.
It's at the moment only in the groin area.
Any tips to help me.

Could be fungal. Try some canestan cream - the athletes foot one.

I have that and the patches are white and itchy. Are they on your genitals or more the thigh ‘hinge’ area? You do need to see the gp to prescribe something. In the meantime, Epaderm might give some relief - it’s extremely mild and you can use it anywhere

@Lionred in the hinge area of my groin.
First appointment I can get is 4th march.

Try a sexual health clinic? It might be quicker/easier to get an appointment there.

@Meandhimtogether would recommend loose clothing and underwear, and try not to scratch it though I know it’s hard. Keeping it moisturised should help.

Is there any way to call tomorrow to get a same day appointment? My practice has a limited number of these, though I know it varies widely depending on area.
