Period gone from 3-4 days light flow to 9-10

Have a mirena, always had 4-5 ish days light period but last couple of months it's been 9-10 days long, excruciating cramps and heavy flow.

Looking for any experience

I'm too young for menopause.

Is the coil still in and how old is it?

And how old are you because peri starts a long time before actual menopause

Did the scan confirm a normal endometrium thickness?

Is there any chance you were pregnant and it's a miscarriage coming away? The coil is v good at preventing successfully pregnancy, you can still conceive with it in though a higher chance of ectopic.

Everything was fine, no pregnancy

two months in a row both over 10 days long.

It's also the cramps too, literally take my breath away go white as a sheet and start sweating.
