Cycle length between 26 - 35 days

Period length 3-5 days

it depends on what's normal for you as to whether it's irregular.
If you have always had a 30 day cycle and it's suddenly changed to be 26-35 days long then it's irregular. If you have pcos and irregular periods as your normal for example, 26-35 days sounds pretty regular.
