Hi, can anyone recommend any good products for hair loss? My hair has always been thin but I’m noticing it’s become more and more thin on top. I’ve previously used Mielle rosemary oil and a derma roller. Thanks.

Vitamins
Use less heat
Silk hair wrap
Weekly Oil treatment
Wash/scrub scalp x 2 then good quality conditioner.
Try not to tie up too tightly.

These are my routines etc, not that my hair is thicker but I feel it could be worse if I didn't do these

Rosemary or mint (or both) shampoo. I get the massive bottles from tkmaxx so last a while

I tried the rapunzel hair serum stuff and feel I had MORE hair loss after using it.

Products don’t work if you don’t know the cause. Get a referral to a specialist derm who will do a biopsy & a hair count. You may require medication. I had hand-sized bald spots on my head several years ago and was diagnosed with two kinds of alopecia. I have had treatment and still take meds. It’s not perfect, but soooo much better that you’d never know I ever had it. (Still a bit finer than the rest.)
