Yep. Horrendous periods my whole life. Sleeping on a towel, changing tampons in the night, on permanent prescription iron, leaking constantly even with super plus tampons and huge sanitary towels and changing them every hour.
It got worse as I got older and developed fibroids.
Tranexamic acid worked for a couple of years to slow the bleeding but then no longer worked. The coil made me bleed every day, as did progesterone only pill, it was a nightmare. After suffering for years I finally had a hysterectomy, but I had to beg for it!
