Puffy labia?

hi everyone, so over the past month or so I’ve noticed that my labia is a lot more pronounced that it normally is. Is this something to worry about? I’m in my early 30s and never noticed this before.

Are you overweight? I find mine looks puffier if I'm carrying extra weight.
