Definitely not pregnant. Feeling very nausea before period

I have a host of health conditions

Currently spotting lightly with aunt flo due

Whyyy do i feel so nausea

Does anyone else get really nausea regularly at start of their period ?

Yes, sometimes. For me period nausea comes in waves, which is way better than pregnancy nausea (which for me was all the time as I had HG).

I got terrible nausea during peri menopause, so could be age related. But either way sounds hormone related.
