What's wrong with me. Will I ever recover.

So my periods have been so weird. From not bleeding for months to bleeding everyday for months. And bouncing back to bleeding every 6 months. The spotting and break through bleeding is back again now. I'm exhausted and have no idea what's causing this and what to do.

How old are you? Have you seen your GP?

Mid 20s. Seen many doctors ongoing. Apparently a PCOS issue. Been recommended the pill but it just doesn't suit me. Either increases bleeding or makes me terribly nauseous.

I had similar and was eventually diagnosed with PCOS. The only thing that's helped me is having the implant as it's stopped my periods completely

MyoInositol can really help, have a look at some studies. If anyone decides to try it (a harmless supplement) make sure there's no d-chiro in it. Often those with PCOS have homozygous MTHFR, taking methylfolate can help a lot with other symptoms.
