Hello, seeking experiences of other women who have used the contraceptive ring, in my case Nuvaring. Bonus points if you take any type of antidepressant. I'm nearly at the end of my first month on the contraceptive ring and the side effects have been horrendous- mood swings, tearfulness, heightened anxiety, low mood, sore breasts, diarrhoea, panic attacks, headaches- the list goes on! Got advice from a contraceptive helpline and they told me these side effects were all very common and would pass over time. Has anyone else experienced negative side effects like I have? If so how long did it take for them to go away? I'm terrified I'll still be feeling like this in weeks to come and with the January blues on top with the poor weather we've had, I don't know how I'll cope.
