I'm only 17 weeks pregnant. Discharge from today, and yesterday. I've been tested for everything and I'm clear, but don't know if I should contact my midwife about this. I'm panicking, because it looks like a mucus plug from the pics i've seen minus the blood. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi op please contact your midwife or go to get medical attention , I don’t know if it’s the mucus plug but it’s a worry for you so don’t delay go now xx

It could be, but it doesn't matter. It will regrow. There's no blood so I wouldn't be concerned.

I'd call the maternity triage line and get their opinion. I think my mucous plug looked more clear and jelly like but it was a couple of years ago so can't be sure. It's always better to ask and get advice than ignore something you're worried about.

You can ask triage but I’m quite sure you can lose the plug and it grows back.

When I lost my plug in labour it was very bloody.
