Dd16 period related episode - does this sound like endo?

Dd16 is on first full day of her period.
Period cramps worse than usual and period a bit heavier than usual she said.

Started feeling a bit unwell at college and decided she'd come home.

Then it quite quickly escalated to the worst pain she'd ever felt, doubled over, burning pain she said. In lower abdomen. She also felt nauseous, dizzy and hearing went briefly. Felt tingly.
She said she thought her uterus might be exploding!

It passed and now she feels much better but with still slightly worse than normal period cramps.

I will make a GP appointment but wondered if anyone has had experience of similar?
She's naturally very worried about it happening again.
Any tips on what I should be expecting from the GP? A scan referral for example?

My experience with doctors is that its just your period..... take paracetamol ibuprofen.. take cocodamol for worst pains.... i have had horrible pain aswell since the very first period and gps have never been helpful so dont expect much... especially when u tell them now the pain is gone.... theyre like "good" and end. Or they'll say its ibs...

insist for scan.. and prepare to wait months and years... endo cant be seen on scans but cysts and stuff can. At least to see if it is just period or something causing it... and get her some cocodamol or feminax or ask pharmacist what they have for the next time x and hot bottle.

Forgot to add i dont have endo or anything at all as it seems...it is infact just my period.... which some months is worse than labour pains.. at her age it used to happen like what she expirienced once a year or so, so i hope she doesnt get such episodes every month...
