I want to give Maca root a go I have irregular periods and been TTC baby 2 for 17 months I am on the wait list for a laparoscopy and dye to see if there’s something deeper causing the problems as scan and blood test are normal.
So I feel like I might aswell try something whilst I’m waiting the only problem is I’ve read about taking it cd1 then stopping after ovulation but I don’t know when I ovulate so how shall I do that? I get very sore breast and bloating about 2 weeks before shall I just stop then?
