Everyone is going to quite rightly say you need to get professional medical attention. Start by calling 111. What can a stranger on the internet possibly do otherwise?

Hello. I have something similar. I have had an X-ray and a tvs which found mild adenomyosis. Fortunately I don't have any other symptoms, so I think this is incidental and unrelated to the pain. Mine is on my right hand side. I have seen a physio and done some exercises and it hasn't returned since. But I have also had the minipill and then the mirena in that time so hard to know if it was hormonal or if the physio fixed it. The x-ray did show up I have osteitis pubis, and I often get a really dull ache in the right groin too but the shooting pain you have described has stopped for me. Weirdly I've just posted on a forum that I have pain when I do a lateral leg raise ( just started exercising) and it is also linked to that side. Still doing physio so will be mentioning it to them when I see them next.
