Should I still have milk 3 years later?

3 years after finishing expressing (3 months), I still have milk. Is this normal? One of my friends says I should see my GP about it as it should have dried up by now..

3 years is past the ‘normal’ length of time for this after pregnancy, so worth getting checked by your GP, might be a hormone imbalance or similar that needs treatment.
