Hair supplement that actually works?

I used to take the Natures Bountyunty hair skin and nail gummy's, unfortunately Boots no longer sells them though.
What do you take?

Viviscal always works for me. I take a 3 month course about once a year and it always brings my hair back to its best. I'm post menopausal. I normally see new hair growth within 3 weeks and it also seems to thicken my existing hair.
