Lower abdominal pain

I woke this morning with terrible lower belly pain (just below my belly button and all the way across) when driving even going over a pothole really hurts and it hurts when I walk. I feel really bloated too. I popped into the chemist and spoke to the pharmacist as wondered whether it could be a urine infection but he said it would be painful when going to the toilet it if was (which it's not) also wondered whether it could be indigestion 🤔 if it continues or gets worse I will go to the doctors (I didn't want to jump and go there straight away)

Has anyone else had this before ?

I would go and see the doctor - it could be something as simple as an ovarian cyst but you ought to rule out UTI and other more serious issues

Thank you! I felt pretty ropey this morning so went down to A&E.. I have a urine infection and have been given antibiotics. I've had urine infections before and it's been nothing at all like this! Hope this antibiotics kick in quickly x

Gall stone (referred pain)
Kidney stone or infection (referred pain)
