Pain relief for ovarian cyst?

Hi guys, has anybody got any tips or advice to deal with ovarian cyst pain? I’m having it out this year it’s gone pretty big now and it causing me some pain 😞

My daughter had a terrible problem with this and had to have it removed. She said the only thing that helped was sitting on the floor or on the bed with your legs straight out and then bending your body so that your nose is touching your knees or as close as you can get.

I have a chocolate cyst that's about 10cm
Heat helps a lot, I use a plug in heat pad. Tens machine
Paracetamol, naproxen, codeine and I take oral morphine if it's bad

@faithbuffy hi thanks for the advise. Yeah mines around the same size I’ve got two on the left side, had it for 6 years now only started to cause me pain since I gave birth 5 months ago I reckon it’s irritated it, thank you.
