GRAPHIC PIC - BECAUSE I NEED HELP

i have attached a photo of my vulva because i'm just not getting anywhere with the GP .

i am worried that the ongoing inflammation will raise my risk of vulval cancer.

at the moment it is sore , feels like ulcers there .

my mouth , tongue and gums often also get very sore .

i am 48 and just want to know what it a going on .

i get very dry itchy skin on my outer vulva like eczema/ psoriasis.

im sorry if this isn't allowed i just need some support

Look up lichen sclerosis and see if that fits. A friend of mine has had trouble with it, it sounds similar.

Looks like Lichen Sclerosis.

Have you been checked for diabetes? The issues with ulcers in the mouth and tongue and soreness etc on the vulva are things I've experienced as a diabetic
