Menstrual cup advice

I need to collect some menstrual blood for a test (Fertilysis) and they've advised doing it using a menstrual cup. I have never bought one or used one. I feel like my vagina is small / narrow, I've got no clue how I will get a menstrual cup up there, although I have given birth vaginally so clearly a human head has managed to fit through - it can't be that small.

I really like the mooncup brand, have tried a few others but didn’t get on with them.

Geberally if you have given birth vaginally or are other 30 you’ll need to larger size. It looks absolutely massive in the box but it is fine once in.

The instructions that come with it are really self explanatory so you’ll be fine, I find it easier to insert when it’s wet so I just run it under tap water first.

I am a convert and would never use a tampon or pad now. If you wanted to use one going forwards I would say it takes 3 periods to find your groove with it so don’t dismiss it straight away.
