Good bra for painful breast cysts

Can anyone recommend a supportive yet soft bra? I have cysts in one of my breasts which are so painful (breast clinic wasn't interested in aspirating, just said to manage with pain killers).
I used to wear wired bras but have recently been surviving in my old nursing crop top type bras, but think I need to invest in some decent new ones!
Any recommendations for non-wired ones would be gratefully received! I'm only a B cup so not a lot to support haha 😅

That was me last year. I resorted to a couple of old nursing bras too, then got some M&S Flexifit non wired ones.
I hope your pain improves soon. Mine was infected and sorted itself out after a second round of antibiotics but was excruciating while it lasted.

I get them sometimes from my Hidradenitis Suppurativa (lots of other areas on my body too, but the breast ones are always very sore) I would go for a soft, stretchy t shirt type bra, and use hydrocolloidal dressings on the cysts (if the size is right, blister plasters are the right material, and often cheaper than those marketed just as Hydrocolloidal dressings) they're very good for bringing the infection to the surface, so they can drain and you can keep them clean until they heal

I use soft sports bras. Just get them from Amazon. They have removable soft padded cups so give a nice shape. Comfortable enough to wear to bed.
