Hey everyone,

I am 3 months post partum and honestly I thought it would have gone back to normal down there..

I think I may have some paranoia as I seem to always be checking!

Sorry for TMI

It definitely doesn't look the same around the opening, it looks wider and like I can see inside kind of, i feel so paranoid that it looks bad.. my partner tries to make me feel better and says it looks fine and nothing wrong with it but I know myself that it doesn't look the same.

I had a couple of tears but other than that all was ok..

Has anyone else experienced this and has it got better with time? Is it something I'm just going to have to get used to?

Yes it's normal. It won't be the same as it used to be but it will improve, still a little early for you.

I felt very loose down there, on the outside, until about 6/7 months. Then things closed up a little bit.
