Period is 5 days late. NEVER happend to me before. Ever.
Been off the pill for 4 years, have a 2.5 year old DS.
Contraception since then has been condoms/pull out.
I had a miscarriage in August then went back to my regular periods the next month... Could that be it? Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec periods all normal. Pregnancy test negative (I used the early one)
This may sound dumb but my periods have always been regular. My biggest worry, and I'm probably panicking, is menopause as I want another child in the future. I am 37 so not impossible I guess...?
Doctor has said to call them after 3 missed periods but until then just seeing if anyone else has had a missed period like this and then gone back to normal.
No medication and.. I dont feel particularly stressed other than the normal amount of working mum stress I've had for 2.5 years..!
Any words of encouragement this is normal would be great..
