Has anyone had laporoscopic colposuspension for stress incontinence?

I'm mid-40s and otherwise healthy but I've had quite bad SI for over 10 years (since pregnancy) whenever I laugh, cough, sneeze or exercise. I have tried physio etc but nothing has worked. Urogynae has recommended laporoscopic colposuspension and I'm looking to hear from people who have had this done recently. Is it worth it? Did it work? How long would it be before I could go back to work (desk-based job so can do it from home if I need)?

It would genuinely be life-changing if I could run for a train or get through a winter cough without worrying about leaking but, even keyhole, it's sounds like such a major procedure.
