Experiences of intrarosa?

Hi all

I've been treated for vaginal atrophy for a while now with Ovestin (6 weeks). My main symptoms are vaginal discomfort and feeling a bit UTI- ish. I'm also on two pumps of estrogen per day. Don't have progesterone as have had a hysterectomy (but kept ovaries and presumably am still cycling). I'm 45 years old and don't have any other bothersome symptoms like hot flush etc.

I'm feeling a bit better but up and down. Struggling to stay positive really.

I'm wondering about asking the menopause specialist if I can change to Intrarosa to see if that makes any difference.

Does anyone have any experience of Intrarosa? Did it work better than standard vaginal estrogen? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks in advance. Xxxxxxx

I'm on Intrarosa and I haven't noticed any difference. I'll probably try another 3 months and then review again.

Thanks for your feedback @Newmum738 . What symptoms do you have if you don't mind me being nosy? Xxx

Urinary leaking. There is no pattern to it as far as I can tell. It just seems random. I've also bought the perifit trainer which is a wearable but I'm just rubbish at finding the time to do pelvic floor exercises!
