I’ve been bleeding between periods since around July 24.
I have spoken to the doctors about it and they’ve done examinations and an abdominal scan which they said came back ‘normal’.
Last month, I didn’t bleed at all between periods so I thought it must have been a hormone issue but this month literally my period ended 4 days ago and then the bleeding is now sooooo heavy again ðŸ˜
I feel like the doctors don’t actually listen to me when I say I am worried about it and they won’t do blood tests (they say they can’t detect anything in the blood). I don’t know how true this is so I just have to accept their word for this.
My mum has had cervical cancer so it is a bit of a worry for me when it keeps happening.
Has anyone had this issue and how can I push to get it sorted/taken seriously when it’s been going on so long? I do have private health care but really didn’t think I’d have to use it for something so serious that should be taken seriously by GP’s 🥴
