I went to the GP and I am not satisfied

I gave birth to my first son 3 years ago. I started the first contraceptive (implant) after 6 months. I was very sick from it and one of the main reasons for the replacement was SEVERE LOWER ABDOMINAL PAIN. To which the doctor said it could be because of the implant. OK, after that I tried two birth control pills with different estrogen content and the pain was still there. I stopped taking contraceptives in August, hoping that the pain would go away.
I went to the exam in August, they said "everything is fine". Then accidentally got pregnant in November and miscarried. I went back to the GP again and asked for a urine, blood test and a referral for a LOWER ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND.
They said they can't refer you for a scan until you have the urine and blood test. Ok, the tests came back with high values indicating a liver problem. After that, of course, the doctor called me right away, he said it was probably just gallstones and asked if I still have this pain, I said yes, he asked if I still want the scan and I said YES so he refered me for the scan. I waited 2 months for the scan, the appointment was yesterday I had the scan, where it turned out that the doctor did not refer me for a lower abdominal ultrasound, only a basic ultrasound. Thank God, my liver and gall bladder were fine, but I was not examined/scanned where the pain was, thanks to the doctor. Who would do what in this situation?

Have you been referal to correct department now?

The gp referred you for a scan for gall stones which is what he believed the issue to be. That has been disproved. Your liver & gall bladder are fine so now you need to call the surgery back and push for a more extensive scan because of the on-going significant pain.

Be calm but persistent.

Good morning,
I spoke to the GP yesterday. They said that because I am currently taking antibiotics for follicular tonsillitis, A new appointment was given for next Wednesday. But they start the examination from the beginning, since the things related to the liver made them deviate from what I originally went with (the lower abdominal pain).
Do you think I should ask the doctor to confirm with blood test that there is no problem with the liver anymore?
How likely is it to request/receive a hormone test with this lower abdominal pain?
Should I just ask for the lower abdominal ultrasound and also the internal ultrasound?
