Anyone used canesten (clotrimazole) during pregnancy - trimester 1? (Athletes foot)

Hi everyone.

I have had mild athletes foot for a couple years. I tried clotrimazole, then the one with hydrocortisone in, terbafine. Nothing really worked. I was using tea tree oil twice a day and that was working really well.

I found out I was pregnant (week 5/6 now) so I stopped using tea tree because apparently it's not good during pregnancy (I was a bit worried because I used it the 1st 2 weeks before I knew but can't fix that now)

Since then I've been a bit scared to use anything but it's getting worse and I'm worried I'm going to spread it to other parts of my body (face, genitals) if I leave it untreated.

I was wondering if I could use the clotrimazole cream from canesten (it has a mom and baby on the box, can be used for nappy rash), I rang the doctors and they said ask a pharmacist, which I'll do today.

I read online it's not been tested in first trimester so could anyone please give me some advice? Or let me know if they used it and it was fine? Maybe I should just wait until into second trimester?

Other things I'm going to do to get rid of it -
Use Halo wash (antifungal)
Bought new 100% bamboo socks and slippers to replace all my others
Wash feet with dove soap, dry with kitchen roll and let them air out a while before socks
Spray shower floor with bleach more regularly

I've been wearing slippers and socks all the time because I don't want to spread it around the house but I think that makes it worse. I'm not a sweaty foot person so I have no idea why I can't get rid of it.

Please let me know if anyone has any other ideas

Oh another thing I've done is bought a dehumidifier for the bathroom so hopefully it's less of a breeding ground
