stuoidly i squeezed a montgomery gland as i thought it looked like it had developed a pimple /become blocked. Ever since (this was 5 days ago) my whole breast has been in pain. Has anyone else picked/squeezed this area and had painful boobs after+ yes i feel silly. am wondering if it is infected or i've just caused trauma on the skin feon picking it.
