Ring pessary fpr prolapse

Just had one fitted this afternoon and keep feeling like I need to pee. My bladder feels irritated. Does this settle down , or does it need to come out ? Not sure I can carry on nipping to loo every half hour!

Give it a day or two and it should settle down, however if it doesn't contact the gynae team who fitted it as it could be the wrong size.

You shouldn’t be able to feel it at all, so yes if it doesn’t settle down, it maybe isn’t in the right place or the right size.

Also worried about constipation which I'm prone to. I do all the usual things...water, plenty of fiber etc and feel like I want to go but once I get to the toilet feeling stops . Any tips ? Worried about bearing down I suppose.
