Perimenopause rage

Is anyone currently struggling with perimenopause anger/rage?
I've put it down to being over worked, stressed, in need of a break ect but it's really becoming an issue. Everything and everyone is grating on my last nerve and I get so angry over the slightest thing. People are noticing my general manner has changed and im snapping at people for no reason.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help? Apart from wearing a sign around my neck saying 'don't poke the bear she is angry' 🙈😂

Staying off sugar helps me. I've been sick so hadn't been eating junk but had a bit of a binge one weekend and my mood was awful for a few days after. I also take A. Vogle Menopause Support, vit b complex, evening primrose oil and vit d.

I don't drink alcohol or caffeine but that's probably going a bit far for most people.

When I stick to all those I've no symptoms at all. If I'm not disciplined I have rage, night sweats, anxiety, joint paint and itchy ears.
