Possible prolapse

Hello.

the last couple of days I’ve had a strange feeling in in my vagina. Like there’s an air bubble trapped inside. No pain but just a feeling.
I’ve looked and it doesn’t look any different to usual, can’t really tell though. Can’t feel anything unusual or different.

I had really bad bloating and tummy ache the day before I started feeling it.

I did lift a heavy basket of washing up the stairs a couple of days ago but never had issues lifting things before.

the only thing that comes up when looking online is prolapse.

I had started doing the Squeezy app exercises the day before it started.

I had a smear test a few months ago and they couldn’t find my cervix, could it have prolapsed that quickly?

I just feel like there’s something in there all the time. So strange.

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this? should I go to the GP! Will they be able to tell what it is?

Oh poor you. Yes I'd go to the GP first and they can refer you do pelvic physio. At different times of the month I can def feel mine lower but also <gentlest of coughs> if I am a bit constipated.

OP, what came of this? This is exactly how I feel with the air bubbles trapped, but I gave birth six weeks ago and so am wondering if it's prolapse or things are just a bit looser and it is actually air getting trapped! 😬

Squat down with a mirror , and cough . What happens / how does it look ?
If things are not quite as they should be , book an appointment and if need be ask to be referred to gynae .

I had it checked by a gynaecologist and it wasn’t prolapse. It felt normal after a few days.
