Cut thumb

Hi. I cut my thumb with a sharp knife cooking. I applied gauze while bleeding (took awhile to stop). Have redressed 3 times as still oozing a bit. Would you steri strip it feel a bit sick when dressing it. Crazy how sore a cut thumb is 🙈

Have steri stripped it to shut the wound so hopefully will do the trick

Steri strip is a good idea. The tricky thing is going to be keeping it clean and dry for a few days. Thumbs are a real pain for needing to be involved in everything 🤣. You can get little plastic finger covers if you want one to keep it clean..they look like condoms for micro penises. Just dont leave it on all day
