Has anyone had bladder instillations for repeated uti? And did it work? Had all the usual tests done and nothing found, so this is the next step. I currently get a uti once a month.
I've tried hiprex, d mannose, 6 month course of antibiotics, showering after every bowel movement etc etc!

Hi there, I'm really sorry that you're going through this.
Have you looked into embedded / chronic UTI at all?
If you scroll down this page you will see that the NHS acknowledges the condition which might be helpful for your discussion with your GP. They don't tend to show up on standard tests.

And here's another link for you.

I'm not a doctor and I'm not saying this is what you're dealing with necessarily but I have found on my own UTI journey that the more accurate information I have the better I've been able to advocate for myself.
I've heard mixed things about instillations. I'm not a medical professional but if you do have an embedded infection you need full dose antibiotics, likely for an extended period of time.
I hope that you get relief soon. Take care.

There was something about a breakthrough on recurrent this on This Morning a few months ago. It might be worth doing a Google search.
