Abdominal cramps during intercourse

Since having my DD by C-section three years ago, I have found that when I am in certain positions, usually slightly leant forward, toward the end of intercourse I get unbearable lower abdominal cramps.

Has anyone experienced this and did you find a solution?

Maybe ask the GP for a referral to be checked for endo and and adenomyosis? Pain during intercourse can be a common symptom but they should also be able to explore whether it's due to the C-Section and scarring too.
