Does anyone know what could be wrong with me?

About a fortnight ago, I began to feel generally unwell and was expelling quite a bit of watery discharge.

I took antibiotics which didn’t help then saw the nurse for a swab which came
back clear.

By this point I’ve got stabbing pain in the lower left of my abdomen. I’ve been given more antibiotics but they don’t seem to be doing anything, my period has also come on and it’s a week early. I’m not pregnant.

Im back at the doctors next week but feeling a bit anxious about what it might be, has anyone had anything similar?

So it was two weeks before your period? Ovulation time... maybe you had a small ovarian cysts that burst? Hence the discharge and swab being clear. Would have made you feel generally unwell.
Hopefully if it's that.. it's a one off.. keep a check next Ovulation time.

Thank you, I’m wondering if it is something like that but I’ve still got the pain and I still don’t feel well so I’m not sure. I wonder if it will improve once my period is finished.
