I think I have endometriosis. My periods are SO heavy the first 2/3 days and I mean soaking super plus tampons in 1 hour max . Bad pains etc but the odd thing is it’s mostly pains up my bum . Extreme pain during sex in pelvis and in my anus ( sorry !) and I mean I’m doubled over in agony !! Went to dr and she just said go on the pill but didn’t say anything else about the pain . Does anyone else have similar symptoms and it’s this? Only thing is I’ve had 4 kids so I know infertility is a thing with it but I got pregnant very easily . My mum had a hysterectomy at 40 for fibroids and my cousin had one too same age for endometriosis so now I’m wondering
