I'm currently breastfeeding and i already had mastitis all over my breast, it is painful and usually all over. but yesterday i noticed a bruised lump under my nipple, which is really painful. could it still be mastitis is is bruised? I'm a bit worried as i feel a lot of pain especially if touched. It looks like a small ball really sore and hard
