Help please

I have found these 2 lumps on my scalp and after googling i am starting to panic. My Gp is closed until Monday obviously, can anyone offer advice on what they think it could be?

They look like (totally normal) moles / freckles. Or perhaps a slightly inflamed hair follicle / pimple? Likely to be fine. If new get them checked but please don't panic. A million non sinister things cause little blemishes / skin lumps.

I’m no Dr, but they look like pilar cysts.
If that’s what it is then it’s completely benign but I believe they will remove them for you. My sister had an atypical pilar cyst on her scalp (it was dark purple, so raised some alarm bells) but after biopsy they discovered it was a pilar cyst and she was absolutely fine

I get the occasional spot on my scalp. They look like this and pop or heal like spots on any other part of the body.

Looks fine to me op, but if you're worried then getting it checked is never a waste of time.
