Chronic Nausea

I'm desperate. 2 months of daily nausea, really noisy digestion, burping, fatigue. Spoke to GP, had bloods taken early on when it wasn't so bad, low vitamin D, one liver function slightly high but likely linked to vitamin D. One of the iron studies low but of no concern as everything else was normal. Review in 3 months. Prescribed omeprazole it's made no difference. Now prescribed anti sickness tablets but to be honest I want to treat the cause not the symptom.

I'm 43, could this be peri menopause? I'm so anxious and worried this is something serious. Trouble sleeping, hair thinning, ive lost a stone in the last 10 months through anxiety and lack of appetite. I'm so miserable. I'm on lactose free milk, reduced gluten, trying to eat more healthy but feel thats contributing to the weight loss.

I had an endoscopy in feb this year, all normal. Abdominal ultrasound, all normal bar a small gallbladder polyp. They were for pain I'd been experiencing which has now gone but the nausea has started.

So stressed out, lost two pregnancies 2 years ago, TFMR. Waiting to start IVF but not prepared to start while feeling like this, but time not on our side.

Any ideas?!

I have this. Also normal blood tests apart from slightly low iron, and just given anti sickness tablets and sent away by the GP. I got the feeling she thought it was psychosomatic tbh.

Mine is worse before my period - feels like morning sickness. But comes and goes throughout the month as well.

Have you found anything that helps the nausea @KoalaCalledKevin ?

I had this and it was diagnosed as gastritis brought on by drinking juice. I'd been doing a juice diet Hmm. It took a while for the penny to drop. I avoid acidic things these days, but if I ever slip up, I experience nausea.

Could it be sth similar?
